Processing & Lead Time All CustomGlow products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time of your order for production and delivery combined.

- Standard shipping: $8.00 AUD
- Free standard shipping on orders over $89.00 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days
International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide.
- International shipping: $15.00 AUD
- Free international shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Once handed to the carrier, CustomGlow is not responsible for delays or losses. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CustomGlow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Redelivery fees may apply.
